The band’s name refers to Line 4 of the Barcelona metro, which all six members share.
L4 has released four singles on digital platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music. Their debut single, “Coffee Shop” (September 2024), served as their introduction — a nostalgic and summery tune.
Their second release, “6 Tracks From Home” (November 2024), takes on a darker, rock-inspired tone, showing their more urban side and linking back to the band’s name.
In May 2025, they released “Birthday Wishes”, a sensitive and visual track with a message that resonates universally. Their fourth single, “Dreamer”, talks about chasing dreams even when they feel out of reach.
In November 2025, L4 will release their debut album “The Woods”, featuring ten songs including all four singles.
All songs are written by lead singer Alba Planas and self-produced by guitarist Marc Fernández.
Upcoming shows include Sala Heliogàbal on November 7th and Diobar later that month.
Some of their most notable performances include the DmJ competition at La Fontana, the Marató concert on Carrer Gran de Gràcia, Petit Mercat de Mercats in Barcelona, Festival Aparador in Calonge, Sala Freedonia in the Raval neighborhood, and various local festivals.

Our values and culture are fundamental, and the representation of all communities is very important to us. We believe that, currently, the music industry does not provide enough opportunities for bands of this format and musical style (indie pop/rock) led by women.
